Interim HR Manager, 6 months – Established International Not for Profit organisation – London with hybrid working
£27.47 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to join an established International Not for Profit organisation based in London.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be supporting colleagues in their UK Office. Your key responsibilities will include:-

  • Providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes including employee relations issues
  • Working closely with the Head of HR to ensure HR policies are up to date
  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment campaigns including advising on job descriptions and interviewing
  • Managing the relationship with their UK payroll provider ensuring all the payroll information is correct
  • Supporting with Learning and Development initiatives including managers training
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders

You should be an experienced HR Manager or an HR Generalist with a good knowledge of HR best practice. Experience of providing effective HR advice and guidance and upskilling line managers needs to be combined with experience of overseeing payroll. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of implementing Learning and Development initiatives are essential.
