Job Description

Interim HR Generalist, 4 months - Government Agency - c£230 per day - London with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Generalist with experience of working in the Civil Service.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to colleagues, supporting with recruitment and working on key HR project. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing day-to-day HR support to staff and managers
  • Working with HR colleagues and the intranet project team to create a new intranet
  • Collating content to design and populate the new intranet site
  • Supporting the Resource Lead with bespoke recruitment campaigns


You should be an immediately available HR Generalist with experience of working in the Civil Service. A track record of providing first line HR advice and guidance to colleagues needs to be combined with experience of assisting with recruitment campaigns and of updating or redesigning an organisation's intranet. Ideally you will have SC level security clearance or had it previously.
