Morgan Hunt is looking for an organised and proactive
HR Officer to join our client a membership body.
You'll provide high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, employee records are maintained accurately and colleagues receive a professional, customer-focused service.
What you'll do
- Manage HR administration for starters, leavers and employee changes.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and other employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HR Information System (People XD or similar).
- Coordinate recruitment administration, interviews and pre-employment checks.
- Manage the HR shared inbox and respond to HR enquiries.
- Support payroll by processing employee changes.
- Maintain compliance records, organisational charts and HR documentation.
- Process purchase orders and invoices for the HR team.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support service improvements.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working in an HR administration or HR officer role.
- Experience using an HR Information System (People XD or similar).
- Experience supporting the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers and contractual changes.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
