The role will help ensure our employees feel supported, valued and listened to, while ensuring HR processes are managed fairly, consistently and in line with organisational policies and employment legislation.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when maintaining confidential employee records and processing HR documentation.

  • A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a values‑led housing association.
