South Essex College Group is seeking a Director of Corporate Services to lead our multi-campus estate and corporate services portfolio. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of our Estates Strategy
  • Oversee Health & Safety compliance and culture
  • Manage capital projects and infrastructure change
  • Drive our Sustainability Strategy and net-zero ambitions
  • Lead procurement, contract management, and commercial land development
  • Ensure business continuity and estates resilience

This is a high-impact role for a visible, proactive leader who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering results. We are looking for someone with proven leadership in estates, facilities, or corporate services and strong knowledge of Health & Safety, sustainability, and capital project delivery. A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and financial acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement and future-focused service delivery.
