Morgan Hunt are working with a large housing provider who are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee the creation and governance of asset lifecycle procedures across their organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the way homes are managed from development through to end-of-life, ensuring consistency, compliance, and long-term value for residents.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a standardised framework that governs how homes are managed throughout their lifecycle. This role will lead the Procedure Governance Group, bringing together key departments including Development, Property Services, Compliance, and Building Safety to align processes with best practice, legislation, and industry standards. It will also involve visualising the full lifecycle of homes, embedding procedures into IT systems, and ensuring a robust "Golden Thread" of information is maintained - especially for high-rise and complex buildings.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee asset lifecycle procedures from end to end.
- Chair the Procedure Governance Group to ensure collaboration and alignment.
- Embed procedures into IT platforms and explore automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and evolving safety regulations.
