We're supporting a large and ambitious Further Education provider in the South of England to appoint a Head of Department on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a significant leadership opportunity, overseeing a broad curriculum portfolio including:
- Engineering & Automotive
- Construction Trades (Brickwork, Plumbing, Electrical, Wood Occupations)
- Hair & Beauty
- Hospitality
- Business & IT
As a key member of the campus leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving curriculum excellence, improving learner outcomes, developing employer partnerships, and leading high-performing teams across a diverse faculty.
