We're supporting a large and ambitious Further Education provider in the South of England to appoint a Head of Department on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a significant leadership opportunity, overseeing a broad curriculum portfolio including:
Engineering & Automotive
Construction Trades (Brickwork, Plumbing, Electrical, Wood Occupations)
Hair & Beauty
Hospitality
Business & IT
As a key member of the campus leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving curriculum excellence, improving learner outcomes, developing employer partnerships, and leading high-performing teams across a diverse faculty.

We're Looking For
β Proven leadership experience within Further Education or a similar educational setting
β Strong curriculum management and quality improvement track record
β Experience leading teams through change and continuous improvement
β Sound understanding of Ofsted expectations and FE funding environments
β A passion for inclusive education and learner achievement
