Your new role

You will work on the planning and delivery of the organisation's range of Talent Programmes across their clients, including:

  • Coaching and supporting participants
  • Creating training materials
  • Facilitating online and in-person workshops
  • Evaluating and presenting post-programme data

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational planning & delivery of their talent programmes (end-to-end)
  • Facilitation + delivery of online and in-person sessions and workshops
  • Management and updating of online Learning Management System
  • Occasional relationship management with clients
  • Coaching/mentoring/supporting of teams (from early careers to senior leaders), and tracking their progress
  • Creating and proofing training materials & resources
  • Post-programme data handling, evaluation + presentation of impact reports

What you'll need to succeed

  • Learning delivery e.g. teaching, coaching, mentoring (in any field with any audience)
  • Project management or programme coordination (using excel Gantt Charts or project management systems)
  • Experience in carrying out key administrative tasks within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial business environment
