Temporary Opportunity: Head of Housing (8 Weeks)
Location: Glasgow
A Glasgow based Housing association is seeking a Head of Housing for a short-term, 8-week assignment. This temporary role is ideal for an experienced housing professional who can step in and provide leadership and support during this period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Housing Team to ensure the delivery of essential services.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- Address immediate priorities in areas such as income maximisation, estate management, and customer service.
- Provide updates and reports to the Management Committee as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years in housing management and 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills to manage a busy workload.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with housing policies, performance management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Education: HND or equivalent qualification (a degree in Housing or related field is desirable).Please Note:
