Front of House Administrator - part time
Location: Glasgow city centre
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm - 2 days per week on a flexible basis

Your New Role
Our client is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Front of House Administrator to support their business 2 days per week on a temporary but regular basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting a busy team.
The successful candidate will be approachable, professional, and happy to work on a flexible basis to support the needs of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and creating a positive first impression
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
- Maintaining reception and communal areas to a professional standard
- Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Updating records and maintaining accurate information
- Booking meeting rooms and assisting with visitor arrangements
- Providing administrative support to various departments as required
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has basic administration skills and good attention to detail
- Is confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys helping others and delivering great customer service
- Is organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Presents themselves in a professional and friendly manner
- Is flexible, adaptable, and willing to support the wider team when needed
