Maintenance Lecturer
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £45 per hour
Job Type: Long-Term Temporary
About the Role
- Deliver engaging practical and theoretical Maintenance Engineering lessons within an FE College
- Support learners across relevant Maintenance and Engineering programmes, helping them develop strong practical and technical skills
- Deliver training across areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, bench fitting and general engineering maintenance
- Assess learner progress, maintain accurate records and promote high standards of health and safety
What we are looking for
- Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Maintenance or a relevant discipline
- Strong industry experience within engineering maintenance
- Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience within an FE or apprenticeship setting is desirable
- Teaching or assessing qualification preferred, or willingness to work towards one
