About the Role
- We are currently recruiting for a Bricklaying Tutor to join a Construction Skills programme in an FE setting in Epsom.
- This is a practical, hands-on role sitting between a traditional Lecturer and Technician, supporting learners to develop their bricklaying skills.
- You will deliver practical bricklaying sessions alongside an existing Multi-Skills Tutor and Plastering Tutor.
- This role would suit an experienced Bricklayer who is looking to move into education, without taking on the full responsibilities of a Lecturer.
What we are looking for
- Strong practical bricklaying experience with the ability to demonstrate techniques clearly to learners.
- Experience working across construction environments, with relevant industry qualifications.
- Someone confident supporting learners in a workshop or practical setting.
- Teaching or training experience would be beneficial, but is not essential for the right candidate.
