This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Engagement or Employee Experience Specialist to make a real impact in a leading Rail organisation. You will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience, promoting a high-performance culture, and delivering People solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation and ongoing delivery of the organisation's annual recognition roadmap
  • Ensuring recognition activity aligns to organisational values, EVP and People Strategy priorities
  • Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of the Annual Long Service and Colleague Recognition Awards
  • Providing advice and coaching to leaders on meaningful, values‑based recognition
  • Using insight and feedback to continuously improve recognition approaches
  • Monitoring participation, usage and impact of recognition activity and platforms

You should have a track record developing and embedding employee engagement & recognition strategies and using systems to enhance the employee experience. An analytical focus needs to be combined with experience of delivering high-impact communication plans. You must be passionate about driving employee engagement through different medias and have an ability to manage multiple programmes and projects. Strong stakeholder management skills and an attention to detail are essential.
