Employability Coach - West London
Temp - Ongoing | Full-time or Part-time | Start ASAP
We're working with a welcoming college in West London who are looking for a dedicated Employability Coach to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, starting immediately.
You'll be supporting 16-19-year-old learners with your expertise in the job market, liaising with local businesses and employers to secure them work experience placements and working with students 1:1 and in small groups to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence. The college offers a friendly, supportive environment with excellent resources and a strong focus on student success.

Requirements:
- L3 IAG qualification
- Previous experience as an employability coach or similar
- Experience within FE colleges or secondary school environments
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
