Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end procurement activities including tendering, evaluation, and award processes.
- Manage supplier and contract performance across assigned categories.
- Conduct commercial and price negotiations to secure best value.
- Maintain up-to-date market and supplier intelligence.
- Promote compliance with procurement strategy, policy, and ethical standards.
- Advise stakeholders on procurement best practice and risk management.
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic procurement outcomes.
- Ideally be CIPS qualified.
- Proven record of procurement achievement within public or private sector environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in leading or mentoring within a procurement function.
