Sector: EducationReference: JN -092026-225426_1792425233**Job Title:** Curriculum Manager - Health & Social Care **Location:** Prince Regent Lane, London, E13 8SG, As the Curriculum Manager for Health & Social Care, you will lead and manage curriculum planning, development, and delivery aligned with employer and industry needs, ensuring compliance with educational standards and enhancing student engagement.**Key Responsibilities:**Lead and manage curriculum planning, development, and delivery aligned with employer and industry needs.7Line manage and mentor a team of teaching staff, promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.Monitor course performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.Deliver 7-12 hours of high-quality teaching weekly as a role model for the team.Work closely with stakeholders to enhance learner employability, including work placements and progression opportunities.**The Person**Substantial vocational experience in Health and Social Care and Childcare.Proven success in teaching or training within the subject area.Experience of working in Further Education (FE) or Higher Education (HE) is essential.Experience in curriculum management within further education.Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and industry partners.Commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment.Relevant degree in Health and Social Care or a related field.Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is desirable.Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
