Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver GCSE English resit lessons to 16-18-year-old learners.
- Adapt teaching to suit different abilities and learning needs.
- Assess progress and support learners to achieve their qualifications.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor attendance, progress and achievement.
Essential Requirements
- Experience teaching GCSE English resit within an FE college.
- Experience working with 16-18-year-old learners.
- Strong GCSE English Language subject knowledge.
- Experience supporting learners with varied abilities and learning needs.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
