We're looking for a commercially driven Corporate Partnerships Lead to take ownership of new business development while also growing and maximising existing partnerships to drive sustainable income.

The role:

  • You will lead a team of three with a strong focus on winning new corporate partnerships - building a high-value pipeline, developing compelling propositions, and securing six-figure+ and multi-year deals.
  • Alongside this, you'll oversee an existing portfolio, ensuring excellent stewardship, retention, and account growth through cross-selling and deepening engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead new business strategy and delivery to significantly grow corporate income
  • Build and convert a pipeline of high-value prospects
  • Develop and pitch innovative partnership propositions
  • Secure six-figure+ and multi-year partnerships
  • Oversee and grow existing corporate accounts, maximising value and retention
