Business Lecturer
Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a leading Further Education college to recruit an experienced Business Lecturer on a temporary, ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to deliver high-quality Business education and support learners in developing the knowledge and skills required for further study and employment.

Salary: Up to £40 per hour
Contract: Temporary / Full-time / Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Business lessons to Further Education students.
- Teach across relevant Business and Business Management programmes.
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
- Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback to support progress.
- Monitor learner achievement and maintain accurate student records.
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Support learners with their academic and professional development.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.
- Encourage learners to develop their employability and industry knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
- Ensure safeguarding, equality, health and safety and college policies are followed.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience teaching Business within Further Education or a similar setting.
- Strong subject knowledge across Business and Business Management.
- Experience delivering engaging lessons to FE learners.
- Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
- The ability to assess learner work and provide effective feedback.
- A genuine passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential.
- Relevant industry experience would be desirable.
- A relevant teaching qualification would be desirable.
