Morgan Hunt is seeking a Substance Misuse Practitioner for an office-based role in Wolverhampton on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will provide one-to-one support to individuals experiencing substance misuse, complete assessments, develop and review support plans, and signpost to appropriate services, while maintaining confidential records and working with other professionals.
