We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive school in Wolverhampton on a full-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to support teaching and learning across the classroom, helping pupils achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of lessons across a range of subjects
- Lead whole-class teaching sessions in the absence of the class teacher
- Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide targeted support
- Assist in assessing pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, where required
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Requirements
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working in a school setting (primary or secondary)
- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum
