About the Role: We are working with a Further Education College in Surrey who are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Lecturer. This role involves delivering high quality teaching and training to learners, supporting them in developing the knowledge and practical skills required for careers in the plumbing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, practical plumbing lessons across Level 1-3 programmes
- Plan, prepare, and deliver teaching in line with curriculum and awarding body standards
- Assess learner work and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Support and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Relevant industry experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to work towards one
