Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting Winter Patrol Drivers for seasonal positions across Scotland, supporting winter road maintenance operations throughout the colder months. 40 Hours 4 x on 4 x of

The Role: Driving HGV Class 2 vehicles on winter maintenance duties.

Operating gritters and snow ploughs during adverse weather.

Fitting gritter bodies and snow plough blades and spreading salt when required.

Working a flexible rota including night shifts, standby and weather-dependent overtime.

Working outdoors in challenging weather conditions while following strict health & safety procedures.

Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence with LGV Class 2 (Category C) entitlement.

Previous winter maintenance or roadworking experience is desirable, but full training can be provided.

Flexible approach to shifts, standby and night working.

These are fixed-term seasonal positions, with potential opportunities for further seasonal work or longer-term employment for candidates who demonstrate commitment and reliability.
