The sites are in Basildon, Southend and Thurrock.
Travel between the sites is necessary. There is an office base at Southend.
The main responsibilities:
- Oversee the Catering operation across three main Campuses (and two sub-sites).
- Prepare menus
- Ensure the food safety
- Assist with ordering and preparation of ingredients for teaching kitchens at Thurrock
- Manage the team of 17 staff
- Provide cover when supervisors are absent
Enhanced DBS Certificate required or would be prepared to undertake DBSIdeally Full Clean Driving Licence and access to own vehicle mileage covered 55 pence per mile travel between sites
