Responsibilities
- Support campus safety, tidiness and maintenance tasks.
- Unlock and secure buildings.
- Perform general repairs, painting and decorating.
- Set up rooms for events and move furniture.
- Conduct health and safety and compliance checks.
- Monitor site security, respond to helpdesk requests, maintain external areas, and oversee waste and recycling processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Enhanced DBS registered on the online update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Relevant experience in property and environment management.
