- Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full HMRC/PAYE compliance.
- Manage and administer public sector pension schemes including Teachers' Pension Scheme (TPS) and Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
- Maintain and improve the iTrent payroll system, producing payroll reports, forecasts, and audit data.
- Oversee payroll audits and ensure all statutory returns and compliance processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Produce payroll-related reports, forecasts, and data to support finance and audit requirements.
- Lead on audits and provide documentation and evidence as required.
