Join Our Team as a Student Support Assistant! Are you passionate about helping students unlock their full potential? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team. You will work alongside teachers to provide tailored support to students, helping them achieve academically, socially, and personally.

Location: Oxford

Type: Temporary Ongoing Contract

What You'll Do
  • Support students in class, small groups, or one-to-one sessions.
  • Help students access the curriculum, build independence, and develop confidence.
  • Assist with literacy, numeracy, note-taking, and other learning tasks.
  • Track progress and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
  • GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C or above).
  • Experience supporting students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs.
  • Strong IT skills and excellent organisational abilities.
  • A caring, adaptable, and team-focused approach.
  • DBS Certificate - Enhanced & on Update Service.
