A College in Northampton is currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Food & Drink (Bakery) to join the Business, Hospitality & Professional Training faculty. About the Role:

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and training across a range of Food & Drink (Bakery) programmes, supporting both full-time and part-time learners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Food & Drink (Bakery) courses
  • Support, tutor, and monitor student progress and achievement

  • Level 3 qualification in Food & Drink, Bakery, or a related subject

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire learners
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above or equivalent)
  • Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if not already held
  • Experience within the food industry and/or Further Education environment is desirable
