Requirements
- Level 4 qualification or above in Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Architectural Technology, or a related field
- Strong industry experience within Modern Methods of Construction
- Knowledge of modular/off-site construction and emerging construction technologies
- Teaching qualification desirable
- Experience delivering HTQ programmes desirable
- Assessor/IQA qualifications advantageous
