You will oversee 3 Support Workers across 3 services:
- 11-bed YP service (18-20) - low-needs homeless, Forest Gate
- 31-bed 18+ service - low to medium needs, Barking Road
This role is all about energy, engagement, and presence. You will be key to building trust with clients, boosting staff morale, and supporting the day-to-day running of services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, motivating, and engaging the staff team
- Supporting clients and creating a positive service culture
- Being hands-on and visible across services
- Stepping in during emergencies when needed (not on rota)
Working pattern: Team Leader & Service Manager: Monday-Friday, 9-5
