HR Advisor opportunity with our client, a regulatory body. They are seeking a proactive and focused HR Advisor to support the people centre team for a 6 month period. The successful candidate will be able to operate in a challenging, fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver efficient HR support to employees across the UK.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee lifecycle queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and allocate HR queries through the cloud based email system.
- Coordinate onboarding activities using iTrent.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the People Centre Manager with audits.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records within the HR system.
- Process leavers and contractual changes in line with payroll deadlines and statutory obligations.
- Produce key MI to People and Estates team as well as adhoc requests using People Centre Power BI dashboard.
- HR administration and onboarding experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using integrated HR payroll systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
