The Role
- Lead and manage Electrical courses across Levels 1-3
- Support, mentor, and develop a team of lecturers
- Plan, deliver, and continuously improve an engaging and industry-relevant curriculum
- Monitor learner progress and drive achievement and retention rates
- Work closely with industry partners to ensure courses meet current sector needs
- Contribute to quality assurance, inspections, and curriculum planning

Requirements
