We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Officer to join a well-established service in Fulham, supporting tenants to sustain independent living and integrate successfully within the local community. This is a part-time, permanent opportunity, ideal for someone with experience in housing support, tenancy sustainment, or working with individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tenancy sustainment support to help residents maintain independent living
  • Act as the lead worker for tenants with complex needs
  • Build strong relationships and act as the first point of contact for tenants
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders to deliver tailored support
  • Support tenants with social integration and community engagement
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure high-quality housing and support services are delivered
  • Maintain accurate records, support plans, and case notes

Requirements

  • Experience working within housing, homelessness, or support services
  • Knowledge of tenancy sustainment and independent living support
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs (e.g. mental health, substance misuse, etc.)
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work in partnership with external agencies
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload effectively
