We're working with a welcoming college in West London seeking a dedicated Lead Careers Advisor to join them on a temporary‑ongoing basis, starting immediately. You will lead the cross‑college delivery of careers education, information and guidance to 16‑19‑year‑old learners, supporting them to make informed choices about their future. You will develop the careers programme and lead the Careers Team to ensure that students feel confident about their next steps.

Requirements:
- Significant experience of working in careers or advice and guidance role
- Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development
