Morgan Hunt are working with a market leading Welfare to Work provider who are recruiting for a number of IPS Employment Specialists within Birmingham. This role will involve supporting clients with Mental Health needs into employment within their respected communities. These are full time permanent positions paying between £29,900 to £37,700 depending on experience and skills. The role will involve working within a clinical setting and engaging participants in the community.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within employability and supporting clients into work as well as engaging employers. These roles offer hybrid working depending on the requirements of the business.
Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of 25 participants into sustainable employment
- Conducting needs and skills analysis of each participant to ensure suitable roles are matched
- Assisting with CV development and interview techniques
- Providing post placement support to each participant to ensure sustainable employment
- Engaging employers to source suitable work opportunities for participants
- Uploading and maintaining data participants data to track progress
- A proven track record of supporting individuals with various barriers into sustainable employment
- Experience in engaging employers to source work opportunities
- Worked within a target driven environment
- Ideally worked within a mental health setting or with mental health clients
- A minimum of a grade C in Maths and English or equivalent
- The ability to use various systems competently
- An annual salary of up to £37,700 depending on skills and experience
- Hybrid working
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing with service
- Enhanced pension scheme after 6 months
