We're looking for a compassionate and experienced
Women's Safety Officer to join our established
Spotlight Programme, supporting survivors of domestic abuse while working alongside perpetrators engaged in behaviour change.
This is a rewarding frontline role where you'll provide practical and emotional support to women, helping to increase their safety, wellbeing and freedom while ensuring their voices remain central throughout the programme. Working within our Reach Out domestic abuse service, you'll use a trauma-informed approach and contribute to improving outcomes for women, children and families.
What we offer:
- Salary of Β£40,182 - Β£42,060 DOE
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Flexible working arrangements, including time off in lieu for additional hours

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse
- Knowledge of safeguarding and statutory services for vulnerable adults, children and young people
- A trauma-informed approach and excellent communication skills
- A passion for empowering survivors and improving family outcomes
