Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residents, offering tailored support to address housing and wellbeing needs.
- Monitor rent accounts and address arrears in a timely and proactive manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver a holistic support service.
- Support residents in accessing education, training, and employment opportunities.
- Promote community safety by addressing anti-social behaviour in line with tenancy/licence agreements.
- Assist residents with move-on planning and securing suitable long-term accommodation.
