Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hair Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will assess learners undertaking Hair & Beauty qualifications, supporting them to achieve their goals and ensuring compliance with awarding body standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess learners against Hair & Beauty qualifications in line with awarding body standards.
- Conduct practical assessments and review learners\’ portfolios of evidence.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support learner progress.
- Maintain accurate records of assessment decisions and learner outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with college policies and quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Hair & Beauty department.

- Relevant Hair & Beauty qualifications.
