We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of property factoring services across a property portfolio. Acting as the first point of contact for homeowners and shared owners, you will manage a wide range of property-related enquiries while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating communal repairs and maintenance issues
  • Liaising with contractors and residents
  • Processing invoices, payments and quarterly billing
  • Monitoring owners' accounts
  • Maintaining accurate property and factoring records

The successful candidate will have previous experience within property factoring, maintenance or property administration, alongside strong organisational, communication and IT skills. You will be able to manage competing priorities effectively, work proactively with minimal supervision and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

The role is to start ASAP and will be for 3 months.
