Morgan Hunt is working with a London-based charity to recruit a Data Officer on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to play a pivotal role in the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of data systems and performance reporting through benchmarking and data analysis. These activities support regulatory compliance, service delivery excellence across housing operations and strategic decision making. The role ensures the integrity, accuracy and accessibility of housing data, enabling the organisation to monitor outcomes, optimise resource allocation, and demonstrate impact to stakeholders. Experience with the Housing management system known as Pyramid is essential for this role.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Performance management, compliance, or quality assurance within Housing or social care
- Experience with housing or case management systems
- Experience of Housing benefit rules, rent and service charges, and exempt accommodation
- Strong knowledge of KPI's, benchmarking tools and platforms and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, reporting and problem solving skills
- SQL, Excel and PowerBI proficiency
- Experience with Pyramid housing management system
- Experience in developing and implementing data quality standards, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards governing data management and privacy, for example, GDPR and data protection principles
Permanent Position – 4 days per week in the office (West London based). Salary up to £43,979 per year plus benefits. Morgan Hunt is an equal opportunities employer.
