We’re supporting a London-based college to recruit their next Curriculum Manager for Travel & Tourism. The successful applicant will drive high-quality teaching, support staff and learners, and help shape an ambitious and industry-focused programme offer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, guidance and promotional activities for Travel & Tourism.
  • Support learners through strong tutorial processes, resources and support services.
  • Teach across Levels 1-5 and oversee high-quality curriculum design and assessment.
  • Ensure strong quality assurance, data monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Manage staff timetables, performance, development and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant subject and a recognised Level 5 teaching qualification.
  • At least 2 years' successful teaching experience in Travel & Tourism.
  • Experience delivering BTEC/NCFE programmes and leading teams or curriculum areas.
  • Strong communication, organisational and IT skills, with the ability to inspire learners.
  • Valid driving licence and passport, with willingness to support UK/overseas trips.
