We're working with a London-based FE College to appoint a Curriculum Manager - English to support and lead curriculum development, improve standards, and enhance learner outcomes across the provision. This role offers a chance to grow into a leadership position in a dynamic FE environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the English curriculum, ensuring quality, compliance and strong learner outcomes
- Drive performance against key measures including recruitment, retention, achievement and success
- Support curriculum planning, development and innovation aligned to strategic priorities
- Contribute to the development and support of staff through effective teamwork and CPD
- Use data and quality processes to inform improvement and impact
Qualifications
- Experience working in English provision in FE or post-16 education
- Strong understanding of quality frameworks, Ofsted expectations and curriculum performance
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and support continuous improvement
- Organised, data-driven and an effective communicator
- Enthusiastic about developing leadership skills and making a measurable impact
