We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Officer to join a well-established service in Fulham, supporting tenants to sustain independent living and integrate successfully within the local community. This is a part-time, permanent opportunity, ideal for someone with experience in housing support, tenancy sustainment, or working with individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tenancy sustainment support to help residents maintain independent living
- Act as the lead worker for tenants with complex needs
- Build strong relationships and act as the first point of contact for tenants
- Work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders to deliver tailored support
- Support tenants with social integration and community engagement
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure high-quality housing and support services are delivered
- Maintain accurate records, support plans, and case notes
Requirements
- Experience working within housing, homelessness, or support services
- Knowledge of tenancy sustainment and independent living support
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs (e.g. mental health, substance misuse, etc.)
- Strong ability to build relationships and work in partnership with external agencies
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload effectively
