We are looking for an IT & BI Support Analyst to support and enhance our IT infrastructure, cloud services, and business intelligence capability for a highly distributed, global workforce. Working closely with the Head of IT, managed service providers, and internal teams, you will play a key role in keeping systems secure, reliable, and data-driven while continuously improving how technology supports our educational and membership services.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT and end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, systems, and cloud services
- Monitor, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure and cloud-native environments
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and associated security policies
- Design, query, and maintain SQL databases for reporting and operational needs
- Develop and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports, and automations to deliver actionable insights
- Support software and hardware deployments, updates, and migrations
- Maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures
- Ensure data security, access control, and backup processes are in place
- Collaborate on IT projects and recommend new tools and technologies aligned to business goals
- Support a range of digital platforms including CRM, LMS, CMS, and member-facing tools
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in internal IT support and system administration
- Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure, Entra, SQL, Microsoft 365, Intune, Power BI (dashboards, reporting, automations)
- Support tools (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk)
- CRM systems, digital tools (MailChimp, SurveyMonkey), LMS (Moodle), CMS (Umbraco)
- Hardware support experience across Windows laptops, Android and Apple devices
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder-communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- IT qualification or equivalent experience (Power BI certification beneficial)
