Are you compassionate, organised, and passionate about supporting older people? We are looking for a caring and motivated Head Warden / Scheme Manager to lead our friendly retirement community.

You will oversee the wellbeing of residents, manage and support staff, coordinate daily operations, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in elderly care preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Basic computer skills and minimum GCSE qualifications
