About the Role
London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA), part of Global University Systems, is seeking a Business Management Lecturer to teach on its Level 3 Foundation programmes. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting students at the very start of their higher education journey. You will deliver engaging, accessible and inspiring teaching that builds confidence, academic skills and progression into undergraduate study.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across Level 3 Business Management modules
- Design and deliver interactive, blended learning sessions
- Provide academic and pastoral support to a diverse student cohort
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
- Monitor student progress and support retention and achievement
- Engage with industry developments to enhance teaching content
About You
- Master's degree in Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' UK teaching experience (HE preferred, strong FE backgrounds welcomed)
- Industry experience within business or management
- Confident teaching entry-level students
- Passionate about inclusive, student-focused education
- Comfortable teaching during weekdays, evenings or weekends as required
