The University of Bath is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused
Procurement Data Administrator to support a major
Agresso implementation project within its Finance & Procurement team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale transformation programme, playing a key role in maintaining procurement and supplier data, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring data quality throughout the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution.
The Role
As Procurement Data Administrator, you will:
- Support the University's Agresso implementation project through accurate data management and administration.
- Manage supplier onboarding and supplier record amendments.
- Maintain procurement data, including supplier, contract, catalogue and pricing information.
- Support supplier fraud prevention through data validation and monitoring.
- Administer purchasing card processes and provide user support.
- Produce procurement reports and data analysis.
- Carry out supplier financial checks and due diligence activities.
- Support procurement projects through the provision of spend data and insights.
- Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related enquiries from staff and suppliers.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong administrative and data management experience.
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Experience of working with procurement, finance or ERP systems would be advantageous.
