Morgan Hunt are currently working with an education provider in their search for an Assistant Private Secretary & Diary Manager to Group CEO. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-level support at the centre of a large, multi-site organisation, working closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team.

In this role, you will work within the Group CEO's Private Office, providing proactive and confidential executive support across a wide range of activities. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings across the organisation, and ensure the effective prioritisation of the CEO's schedule to support strategic objectives. The role will also involve coordinating high-profile events, visits and executive engagements, including annual conferences, awards ceremonies and strategic partnership events.

Alongside diary and event coordination, you will prepare briefings, draft communications, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Governance and Executive teams to ensure smooth operations across the CEO's office, maintaining high levels of professionalism, discretion and organisation at all times.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator, confident supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced and high-profile environment. You will be highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities, while maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support to the Group CEO and Private Office.
  • Manage complex diaries, prioritising meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate meetings, visits and events across the organisation.
  • Support the planning and delivery of major conferences, awards and strategic events.
  • Draft communications, briefings and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the flow of papers, correspondence and information across the CEO's office.
  • Liaise closely with the Chief of Staff, Governance and Executive teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Provide occasional out-of-hours and travel support where required.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or senior administrator.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders within complex or multi-site organisations.
  • Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
