The service is a 27 Bed Hostel in Shepherds Bush W12. High support needs, drug addiction - needs to be someone who has experience dealing with complex individuals. Move them on to independent living and support throughout this process. It is a long stay hostel so clients can stay here up to 2 years.
Useful to have St Mungo's log in - to view caseload, but not a necessity. Mix of night, duty and recovery work, normally covered as the site is a 24/7 live in hostel.
